          A strong and genuine belief in the "CUSTOMER FOR LIFE" principal of doing business. Referrals are the basis of my business and the highest compliment I can receive is a referral from you.

I have over 30 years of work experience.  Throughout the years I have learned there are three must haves for any successful business relationship. 

1.  EDUCATION
2.  COMMUNICATION
3.  EXPECTATION

As long as clients are informed about the process, have regular communication, and have all the expectations stated in the beginning of homebuying or home selling process, then it has been my experience and the experience of my clients, the transaction can be a smooth one.  I have a high expectation when it comes to customer service.  I jokingly refer to myself as "high maintenance" - I handle all of my clients transactions as though they were my own personal transactions which means, I expect nothing less for you than what I would expect for myself. 

On a more personal note, I was born in Texas but being part of military family I have had the pleasure and the experience of living in many different parts of the U.S.A. and abroad.  I moved to Houston in 1985 and truly consider it my hometown.   

Spending time with my family and our four rescue dogs are what helps to keep me grounded on a daily basis.  How can you resist those wagging tails and cold wet noses?

I enjoy most sports with hockey being the greatest sport on earth!  Being active is important to me but I can just as easily curl up with a good book.

     Having said that, I believe that a home is where your core is. It is a place to get away from the daily routine, the stress we feel just getting through the day sometimes and where you can  truly be yourself. 

My business is based on referrals. A most sincere compliment a client could give me is to refer me to one of their family or friends. I am here to listen and to be of service and not to be served. 

Listening is a must and key to a successful relationship. I thrive on getting the most for my client by listening to their preferences. 

Communication is another important key. I believe in keeping my clients informed. I dislike waiting and therefore I do not want to keep my clients wondering, even if there’s nothing happening, a single line of email or a phone call alleviate unnecessary stress. 

I am a married mother of four - two girls, one boy and one four-legged fur baby.  I was so glad to move  back to Houston after 10 years of living in Montreal, Canada, I love the warmth Houston has to offer; both the weather and the people.  I enjoy reading and sipping on a cup of hot coffee.   Houston with its diversity of people and homes makes it a great place to live and do business.
